Izzy Swanson

I'm a Somatic Trauma Specialist and Trauma-Informed Reiki Master who works at the intersection of mental health, trauma, energy, and spiritual practice. I specialize in treating the energy of trauma in the body and guiding the nervous system through the challenges of acute trauma responses. I bring a special focus to religious trauma, chronic illness, and nervous system dysregulation, while welcoming clients with a diverse spectrum of trauma experiences.

I frequently support clients in healing emotional wounds caused by trauma, chronic stress, and addiction, as well as those managing autoimmune imbalance, adrenal fatigue, and other stress-related health challenges. I help clients rediscover and reconnect with lost and wounded pieces of their souls. By creating calm, comfortable, and restful spaces, I help people feel safe as they engage in the deeper work of healing past wounds. I consider it a sacred task to guard and protect individuals while helping them work toward becoming whole again.

My work is grounded in lived experience. I've navigated my own trauma, addiction, and recovery, and that journey is fundamental to how I hold space for others. I can meet you in those dark places where you feel lost or broken and help you find your way through.I am a certified Trauma Recovery Coach. My training includes certifications in the Trauma Conscious Yoga Method, Medical Reiki, Traditional Usui Reiki, and Usui Holy Fire Reiki. I created a program for Integrative Trauma Coaching and the Feileacan Trauma Release Technique for soul healing. I'm also a co-founder of the Order of the Crows, a priesthood tradition honoring the Morrigan.

I offer Integrative Trauma Coaching, in-person and distance Reiki sessions, children's Reiki, mentorship, online courses, and additional resources to support your healing journey. I believe it's essential to empower others to heal themselves by providing tools and techniques that support daily practices of spiritual, emotional, and energetic self-care.With time, love, and support, our capacity for healing and transformation is truly limitless.
